Glassmanet er et psykedelisk drømmepop-prosjekt drevet av en audiovisuell artist, omtalt som “en av de mest mystiske skikkelsene innen norsk drømmepop / shoegaze". Glassmanet har nylig relokalisert fra havdypet til overflaten av Oslo som en ny bandkonstellasjon med Hannah Mørtl på bass og Embrik Berge på trommer. Trioen har som mål å skape flere unike musikkopplevelser med sin eklektiske og eksperimentelle blanding av drømmepop, shoegaze og psykedelia.

Siden 2020 har Glassmanet gitt ut flere korte lydbølger som har blitt plukket opp av lyttere, anmeldere og radiostasjoner på tvers av verdenshav. Glassmanet har spilt med blant annet FOAMMM og Dråpe hjemme i Norge, samt en eksklusiv opptreden på den andre siden av planeten med japanske musikere i Tokyo.

I 2022 slapp Glassmanet mikroalbumet “Glassplanet” som ble anbefalt på forsiden av Bandcamp, etterfulgt av EP-en “EBB” i 2023. Bandet arbeider nå med en ny EP “FLOW” som er andre halvdel av Glassmanets dobbel-EP-prosjekt med planlagt samlet utgivelse i løpet av 2024.

Dive into the sound waves and float along in Glassmanet's suboceanic microcosm! Glassmanet is a psychedelic dream pop project run by an audiovisual artist, referred to as "one of the most mysterious figures in Norwegian dream pop / shoegaze". Glassmanet has recently relocated from the depths of the ocean to the surface of Oslo as a new band constellation with Hannah Mørtl on bass and Embrik Berge on drums. The trio aims to create more unique musical experiences with their eclectic and experimental mix of dream pop, shoegaze and psychedelia.

Since 2020, Glassmanet has released several short sound waves that have reached listeners, reviewers and radio stations across the oceans. Glassmanet has performed with, among others, FOAMMM and Dråpe at home in Norway, as well as an exclusive appearance on the other side of the planet with Japanese musicians in Tokyo.

In 2022 Glassmanet released the micro-album "Glassplanet" which was recommended on the front page of Bandcamp, followed by the EP "EBB" in 2023. The band is now working on a new EP "FLOW" which is the second half of Glassmanet's double EP project with planned release in 2024.
