Isabelle Eberdean står i spissen av Norges gryende soul/RnB-bølge og har markert seg som en solid vokalist, painist og fløytist, både i større band formater og skinnende solo-artist. Isabelle navigerer lekent fra god gammel soul og RnB til jazz og moderne pop-produksjon, alt med en ro som henviser til en kunstnerisk modenhet mange artister bruker en hel karriere på å oppnå.

Med sin bakgrunn fra jazzlinjen i Trondheim har Eberdean og bandet skapt magiske øyeblikk i lekne lydlandskaper, både innspilt og live, over hele landet de siste årene. Dette har resultert i ros fra landets største radiokanaler og konserter på en rekke toneangivende festivaler. Til høsten slipper hun sin nyeste EP på plateselskapet Mutual Intentions, og det er dermed helt på sin plass at Isabelle Eberdean endelig inntar Bergen og Vill Vill Vest 2024.

Isabelle Eberdean is a leading surfer heading the current wave of Norwegian soul and RnB, a formidable vocalist, pianist and flutist, both with larger ensembles and shining by herself. She playfully navigates between good old-fashioned soul and RnB, jazz and modernized pop-productions, expressing it all with a calm and commanding presence that points to an artistic maturity many spend their whole careers trying to achieve.

With her background from the University of Trondheim’s jazz course, Eberdean and her band have created moments of pure magic within their playful soundscapes, both live and in the studio, for the past few years. This has resulted in praise from the country’s largest radio stations and concerts at some of the most forward-thinking festivals around. Her appearance at this year’s festival is most welcome as she is bringing her new EP, out this fall on Mutual Intentions, to Bergen for its christening.
